Made in 1950s by uluv in czechoslovakia. Completely restored: new parchment paper shade, wood refinished. 1x60w, e25-e27 bulb us plug adapter included. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
