An absolutely beautiful Victorian mourning Cape in a gorgeous cut out design tape lace.
It is made from heavy tape lace with satin and lace trimming.
It fastens at the front with hook and eye fasteners, a beautiful and unusual design with an abstract flora pattern.
The collar is a ruffle type collar of medium / high height with lace ruffles.
A gorgeous antique piece with a gothic feel to it.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, some wear commensurate with age and use, fasteners can be stiff, the lace on the ruffle collar is damaged and torn, could be removed.
