Early 20th Century Sterling Silver Olympian Pattern by Silvercraft Berry Spoon

A strikingly ornate sterling silver, heavy weight, berry spoon with a clam shell style bowl by Silvercraft in the Olympian pattern. The intriguing design is unusual in that it runs parallel with the handle. An expert in silver may be able to find the historical relationship between Silvercraft and Tiffany because this design is identical to one used in the mythological series produced by Tiffany in its Olympian pattern. This piece is called a berry spoon, but as with most servers it would work well with cut fruit, a casserole, or small vegetables.
