Vintage Design
An icon of chair design, model 3107 by Arne Jacobsen, produced by Fritz Hansen. Our copy was executed as a light desk chair on casters. The old shell is still very beautiful curved and bent in different directions, in the thin plywood of the first productions. These early productions show the sculptural qualities of the design very clearly. The waist of the seat in the transition to the backrest is not broken and still beautifully firm. A useful detail represents the stepless height adjustment, up to a maximum of 60 cm.
With traces of use. From a small collection we offer this Arne Jacobsen desk chair from the 3107 series. Our piece is well preserved in original condition, produced 12/1963. There are scratches, marks in the wood and slight flaws in the varnish. Otherwise fully functional and in good condition.
Nickel plated tubular steel, 4 castors with nickel plated hood, plywood seat, steam bent and original black satin finish.
