Vintage Design
Midcentury, Italian standing bar cabinet by Aldo Tura (1909-1963). In lacquered wood, stained goatskin (parchment) and brass, 1950s Italy. This Hollywood Regency cabinet has been finished with a high gloss lacquer. Under this layer an off-white / creme stained goatskin with a superb grain. The brown burl double doors have been finished with decorative antique brass handles and fittings. Behind the locking doors with the original key, there is an illuminated mirror storage and fixed glass shelves. The interior lighting, through milk glass panels in the bottom, automatically comes on when the doors are opened. Measurements: height 155 x width 80 x depth 42 cm.
